CLOUD PLATFORM
The Xemote Cloud is a storage, processing, and management platform. The platform supports the normal core functions of a typical IoT system as well as advanced health monitoring, analytical and predictive models to support data analytics.

Dashboard
The Xemote Dashboard is the visualisation of the monitoring data and derived information. This includes basic analytics and notification logs.

Mobile App
The Xemote Android and IOS Mobile Applications function as notification hubs. It alerts the client of pre-defined trigger conditions.

There are currently no services which are not included in the core offering for the mobile applications.
Reporting
Xemote reporting focuses on three distinct categories. Data reports used for audits, site health reports used for system monitoring, and custom reports which are typically client specific.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly health reports.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly notification reports.
- Data analysis reports of setpoint changes due to seasonal changes.
- HVAC performance reports. This is achieved by monitoring airflow, abnormal temperatures in ducts, motor power
drawn and air quality. - Fridge compressor cycle monitoring to determine performance changes leading to preventative maintenance.
- Client specific custom reporting.
Operation
Xemote operational services focus on ensuring an optimal installation process that fulfills client requirements. This extends to post-installation support.
- Client support.
- Site surveys are performed to determine optimal sensor quantities and positioning.
- Post install verifications to ensure the installation is performing as expected.
- Setup of devices, notifications and other admin tasks.
- Site Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify additional monitoring points to reduce the possibility of single point failures.
- Support the client with process optimisation through consultations.

Our core business relies heavily on a continuous cold chain from raw materials to the final product. Having numerous fridges and freezers on-site, any maintenance manager’s worst nightmare would be finding a fridge or freezer off, and the product has started to defrost. Before installing the Xemote system, we learnt a hard and expensive lesson. With the sensors in place monitoring has become so much easier, we receive daily snapshots of temperatures and can view live readings of temperatures on my dashboard. Pull reports of different fridges temperatures. Receive emails and SMS’s when temperatures exceed band settings. And with just monitoring the temperatures, I can judge the performance of my compressors and have planned my schedule maintenance accordingly.
